Based out of Los Angeles, California, Signature Eyewear sees eyeglasses and sunglasses as the ultimate fashion statement.  Licensed brands manufactured by Signature Eyewear include Laura Ashley, Nicole Miller, Eddie Bauer, Dakota Smith, Bebe, Hart Schaffner & Marx, and General Motors' Hummer.  Signature Eyewear also makes there own line of of frames through contract manufacturers in Hong Kong.  In 2003 Chairman Richard Torre obtained roughly 28% of Signature Eyewear from former CEO Bernard Weiss.
