Boston Equalens


Boston Equalens contact lenses from Polymer Technology are a good choice for patients with sensitive eyes.  They are made with materials that have a non-stick surface, ensuring that your eyes are kept comfortable and your sight crisp and clear.  Boston Equalens contacts are gas permeable lenses made with a visible tint to help you locate your lenses in the solution.

       

Lens Material
The Boston Equalens Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lens material, itafluorofocon A, for daily wear or extended wear is composed of methyl-methacrylate-fluoroitaconatesiloxanyl copolymer with or without an ultraviolet absorber (Uvinul D-49). The lenses are available in clear (untinted) or blue. The tinted lenses contain the color additive D & C Green No. 6.
