The phosphorylcholine (PC) molecules in Proclear 1 Day contact lenses attract and bind water to their surface, creating a shield that keeps the lenses clean and functioning properly. The PC molecules also help the lenses remain hydrated, which in turn helps them feel moist and comfortable all day long.

Lens Material

The lens material is 60% water and 40% Omafilcon A material, a copolymer of 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate and 2-methacrylooxyethyl phosphorylcholine cross linked with ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate.
